Two years, from the day it arrives
Every piece we sell carries a 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, counted from the date of delivery.
It activates automatically with your order. There is nothing to register and no form to fill in.
What's covered
Made to last
- Manufacturing defects
- Faulty wiring, bulbs or LED strips on lighted mirrors and desks
- Structural failure under normal use
Not covered: normal wear, patina and ageing, accidental damage or misuse, and improper installation.
How to claim
One email
Write to support@monvaravanity.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We review every claim within 1 business day.
If a part will fix it, we send the part. If not, we replace the piece.
